However, we will only accept exchanges and returns if the defect is due to our fault. Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product. ■Convenience store payment

After placing your order, please pay at a convenience store, and your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

*A payment fee of 190 yen will be charged when paying at a convenience store.

We offer gift wrapping (gift box + ribbon) for an additional fee. We ask that you pay a wrapping fee of 300 yen (tax included).

・Domestic shipping costs (excluding the regions listed below) are included in the product price.

・For shipments to Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, and Kagoshima Prefecture, an additional shipping fee of 949 yen will be charged.

・We only delivers within Japan. We do not accept orders for international shipping. Sorry.
