Gift wrapping

Add the products you want to your cart and purchase them using your preferred payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please check your order details, and if you wish to make any changes, please contact us via our email address. Our staff will respond to you.

*If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it may not have been received due to a mistake in entering the address or spam settings.

We will ship your item within 5 days after confirming your order and payment.
*Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be shipped after the holidays.
*Delivery of products may be delayed due to bad weather, shipping circumstances, or other reasons.

Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (order mistake, dissatisfaction, etc.) unless the product is defective.

However, we will only accept exchanges and returns if the defect is due to our fault. Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving the product. We will respond by replacing it or refunding the money. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after 5 days.

Please note that we will only cover the shipping costs if the defect is due to our company, so please send the item by cash on delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to your own reasons.

■Credit card payment

VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club are accepted.

■Convenience store payment

After placing your order, please pay at a convenience store, and your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

*A payment fee of 190 yen will be charged when paying at a convenience store.

We offer gift wrapping (gift box + ribbon) for an additional fee. We ask that you pay a wrapping fee of 300 yen (tax included).

Please add the "Gift wrapping fee" shown on the product list to your cart along with the product you are purchasing.

・Domestic shipping costs (excluding the regions listed below) are included in the product price.

・For shipments to Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, and Kagoshima Prefecture, an additional shipping fee of 949 yen will be charged.
